I have raised a claim on 22 June,2012 (Claim ID # 100266 - received a replica watch rather than genuine one) and till now I did not received a call from claim adjustor.
Every time I call the CS, they simply tell the same thing "escalating the call to claim adjustor and I will be getting call within 48 hrs"
This is really ridiculos. Earlier, Ebay used to be very good - especially their CS team ( I am their customer from the past 4-5 yrs).
Planning to go to consumor court and post my exp. with all leading news papers and websites, if the issue is not resolved as per EBAY CLAIM GURANTEE TIME LINES ..
