Claim id 671215, seller not responding, ebay not assisting

I baught a car polisher 6015 model worth Rs 2780 but what i am received in 6003 of cost 900 Rs. Seller not responding and non of the courier company accepting courier to seller location. Ebay is insisting to ship the product. If courier companied dont have service how can i ship. I asked ebay for reverse pick up, they say the product no eligible for reverse pickup but no where mentioned this details in the add.

Ebay is such fraud never trust these cheeters

True bro these ebay people are js FRAUD !
I bought a charger and it ws nt wrkn well
ebay dint accept my claim and told to go to company service centre and guess what service centre people told me its a grey market product and not eligble for warranty since den neither ebay s responding nor seller !!!
