This is regarding Claim no 2220086. The claim amount is Rs 325. The claim was closed on 12 Aug 2016. I have not received any refund for this.
I spoke to you Customer Care Executive on 24 Aug 2016. The complaint number for that call is 1/84071643654. He said it will be done in 3 Days.
I again spoke to your Customer Care Executive on 31 Aug 2016. The complaint number for that call is 1/84724336189. He again said the same thing that it will be done in 3 Days.
Then again I spoke to your Customer Care Executive & his Supervisor (Vivek) on 05 Sep 2016. The complaint number for that call is 1/85144439494. They also said the same thing.
I am surprised at the behavior of Ebay towards its customers. They keep on lying consistently and it has been almost a month after the claim was closed and I have not received anything.
Taking care of existing customers should be your priority
You need to penalize your team and compensate me for what I have gone through in the past one month.
Hope you can bring closure to this torture.
