Claim cancelled for fake product

Hi there,
I am pavan
about paypaise id.42037432637
Raised a claim on fake and non working product.
Which was clearly advertised on eBay as original
Only by trusting eBay believing the brand eBay I bought it on ebay.
And when i received fake product I felt very bad raised a claim and the eBay support people have promised me for claim.
But now I am checking the claim status shows its closed.
Please help me in this.

No I problem wasn't solved, in fact I really felt very very bad about eBay totally.
Hope this would be the last transaction at eBay.
