its too much .. on one hand you expect the buyer to respond within 48-hours or else you reject his claim.
I have submitted my response on 02-june-2015 but still i have not heard anything from you.
i have demanded for refund as i was sold a cheap chinese product. The product wa swithout any cd though on box it written to be included. Rest , product is claimed on your site for 6 month manufacturere waranty but there is no name of manfacturer on the product. please advise me where should i go in case of any defect?
Rest product is name as DKVISIOn but no where on manual or anywhere it mentioned that product is of make DKVISION.
I demand the refund immediately otherwise i will be forced to approach min. of consumer affairs for this bogus selling.
