‎Dear Sir/Madam, 

My claim is pending since 26th February 2016 when the returned product was received by the seller and your customer care executive had confirmed the refund that it will be processed within 15 working days and closed the claim.

Whenever I call your customer care I get false promise that the refund will be processed in a week. I am not getting as to whom to contact, also I am filing RTI now, probably then I will get the proper answer.

Very pathetic service from EBay, bloody it's my money which I am asking to return not a favour from you.‎ I have mailed several times to your TPA agent Rupa Saxena who was looking after this case but she paid no attention to any of the mails.

I am keeping record of every mail and will demand Ebay later for the time and money involved.

‎Now, I want my money back, if I don't get it in a week I will sue Ebay and demand the money with interest for the delayed period.
