This is regarding the refund claim which I opened on eBay.in
Claim ID - 1199240 (Opened on 14th September 2015)
I returned the item to seller on 8th September as per the conversation I had with eBay and seller.
The seller received the item the very next day and he confirmed the same to me over the phone.
Now it more than 40 days after I sent the POD.
Every alternate days I used to call / email / chat with tht support. I used to get the same answer always. Its like the claim adjuster is working on it. You will get a call in 24 hrs. But nothing happening.
Now what next.? Do I need to approach consumer court.?
