Buyer confirmed he recd goods 15 days back still claim dept not able to touch with buyer only give mail & thretning on mobile no refund will approve in 24 Hours 46 Hours How much loss a seller have to bear

Tell your buyer to send "good received" email to inrswebhelp@ebay.com, incswebhelp@ebay.com and paisapaypod@ebay.com and insellerverification@ebay.com (all 4 address). Only then your issue will be resolved otherwise they will not listen to you.

Buyers have understood this loophole very well and are making full use of the fact that POD copy is not received before 20 -25 days by which ebay closes the case, so bad luck mate, we sellers cannot do much unless of course you want to take the legal route.
