Whether you do not help after 30 days of purchasing even if item is returned to the seller due to mismatching zoom lens and all messages sent thru' your site and the seller promising to send replacement and not sent yet.Contacted a no. o times to your ustomer care who did not help saying 30 days over,though I informed that I was out of station so claim could not be filed and I anted only that the seller be pressed from your side to send replacement as I lost Rs 7000/- in this purchase.It is a big lesson to me.
I will not purchase any thing in future from ebay.Thanks
