WHICH WAS NOT CHECKED BEFORE DISPATCHING. THE MOBILE DISPLAY IS BLURRED AND LINES ARE APPEARING ON THE SCREEN AFTER USE OF FOR 10 MINUTES. WHEN I COMPLIANED TO HIM HE SAID THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE GERMAN VERSION. THE EARLIER USER WAS USING ENGLISH AND HENCE I DO NOT CERTAILY BUY THIS THEORY. I WANT MY MOBILE REPLACED OR RETURN MY MONEY Rs 16,500.00 WHICH WAS PAID FOR THIS TRANSACTION

I am sorry to hear about your negative experience.

If a buyer does not get his product, or the product is significantly not as described, the best option for the buyer is to open a Item Not received dispute agasint the seller.

If the seller does not respond, or the communication fails at any point of time, the buyer needs to close the dispute and escalate the calim for Buyer Protection claim.
