| I have a serious concern about a purchase made on 12/01/2014. The item is not at all satisfactory. The ad given by the seller is completely misleading and the product is fake. The item shows that its 100% genuine but its not the case. I had contacted the seller many times and he had agreed to refund the payment only after I withdraw the negative comments. This is a complete blackmail from the seller. What kind of service is this? Payment will be refunded only after the removal of negative comment ? It is completely unethical and unfair. Finally when I got fedup I asked him to remove the comments and refund my money. Now he wants me to return back the product. Why should I incur cost in returning the product. It should be the sole responsibility of the seller to arrange the refund and as well as getting the product returned by his own. NOW I CAN'T EVEN GIVE FEEDBACK AGAIN, AS IT IS DISABLED. |
