I purchased a samsung galaxy on8 mobile phone on 9th otober 2017. Suddenly camara got damaged and i went to samsung service center. According to purchase date it should have been in warranty period but samsung service center guys told me it is out of warranty period.
I contacted to custmor care service 4 to 5 times. They used to tell me your issue will be solved shortly, saying so , one month passed.
I also wrote two mail to seller. I did not get single reply.
I am attaching the payslip and samsung service center payslip as a proof. I request to all please do not purchase any mobile from such type of dealers. Please see the name of the dealer.
