I had heard that online shopping is the best and the cheapest option for shopping I purchased a Gillette razor mach3 turbo set and paid 651 for that product shipping was free as mentioned in the caption by seller and when I received the item I was shocked to see that the Mrp of that product was 580 rs and I have been charged 651 for that product.
I called customer care and ask the reason they just gave me my seller number and told me to interact directly with him coz ebay is not liable for price and disptach nevertheless I called my seller he said he has charged 580 Rs only and shipping was free from his hand but ebay might have charged something from me so even he was not aware about the charge. He asked me to wait for 1 day and promised me to get back to me with some accurate information. Now can anyone help me with the reason for charging 70 rs extra and that too over and above MRP??? I will ask this ques in consumer court why do I paid 70 rs extra?
