Hi,
I want to raise claims for two items I purchased from different sellers this month. Both items are faulty.
First Itesm : Order ID 171417755694.
The Galaxy Note battery does not hold charge and drains within few hours. The seller in that case has acknowledge over message that they will provide full refund.
However, whenever I go to Step 1 of raising a claim, the paypaisa id is not found. Even when I try to search all
Second Itesm : Order ID 181567986634
The 64GB USB drive has issues to store data beyond 5GB. After the file copy is done, when I try to insert the drive again, the copied files are missing. The drive capacity is reduced by that much amount. This also is a faulty device.
I am a first time buyer on eBay and very unhappy with these two experiences. For both above order I want to raise a claim which I cannot do in your site. Please refer to the attached image where order search by paisa id as well as last 15,30,45 days search does not return any results.
Please help me to file claims for above on top priority.
