Cannot List products Internationally!!!

I am a new member on eBay and i have been trying to list products internationally however i am unable to do so since the past 10-15 days. Tried contacting customer support a lot of times but nothing had happened till now.

How much do i need to wait more??????????

No its not, I contacted Customer support and they said most of the seller are uable to list products internationally..
