Hi, I'm a new active user of the ebay.in and I think it is the best and the most secure online shopping site. But recently I found a problem that is very unfavorable problem/condition for the users/customers like me. The problem is when I placed an order there is a no options to cancel the order except contacting the seller. But if the cash is not transferred to the seller(as ebay doesn't transfer the money before the confirmation of the item shipment) why there should be we have to faced this problem. So, if possible please give us the freedom of cancelling the order on our own.
