Dear Sir/madam,
I bought moto g3 xt1550 through eBay, but its camera is not opening, instead an error of camera busy is coming while opening camers. I did Factory Reset, updsted all softwares through Google Plsy Store/my apps but still problem is same. I had contactes to eBay guarantee for same on 19th Jan and i got a call from them stating that they will arrange a call from seller towards gyarantee process but not done yet.
i want to know whether my problem will be resolved by eBay if yes then how long it will take. As delaying in resolution of my concern is ruining eBay imsge.
