I purchased Samsung 32gb sd card 1+1 combo offer through ebay from the seller for Rs. 599 (paid through netbanking) and the product which i received was fake one. the memory card is not fit in the slot and while checking i found that it is just a plastic painted with samsung logo. whan i raised the claim ebay said it is under warrenty. when i checked with samsung service centre in chennai, they said it is duplicate product and it will not cover the warrenty. again i mail to ebay, and ebay says that it is not cover under ebay Guarantee. im unable to contact vendor, his mobile was switched off. why ebay not hearing customer compalints. i think ebay is not checking the vendor. today i saw the same offer with different vendor name. i request ebay to retUrn my money.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS A DUPLICATE ONE. SAMSUNG REJECTED THE WARRANTY
