The buyer ID chocolatejamuri had purchased an item from me and paid by paisa pay, before shipping, i realised that the item had some chargng problem, so i suggested the buyer to go for an upgraded model, which is Rs 200/- higher. Now when the buyes started speking abbusive language and stated makeing personal remarks, i said, "you please take your money back" quick came the reply that " I WILL FINISH YOUR CARRIER ON EBAY" he called me at 7am in the morning and repeatedly called 7 times. although he is instisting me to ship the higher value phone but does not want to pay the difference amount.

"chocolatejamuri" user does not exist on ebay check user id and post again. *************************

Sorry to hear that, you should communicate with buyer through email, because in case of abuse or threats you can take support from T&S team, plus if you keep the records of such communications it will be helpful in case of negative feedback etc.
