Buyer not yet paid for the purchase

I'm a seller in ebay and sold my laptop through ebay, but the buyer has not paid yet so i'm having problems like, i can't repost it now. some other issues are there that the buyer won it on bid and now saying that he don't know that whats ebay and don't know that what a bid means.

What should i do now, plz help me....

buyer has 5 days time limit to pay for your item after he/she won the auction.
wait for that time and go to resolution center and open a case "I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PAYMENT YET"
