I bought Sympony Air Cooler from eBay recently which was delivered on 27th March 2015. The product is extremely bad, it gives cracking noise & does not have proper cooling effect. I lodged the complaints at ebay. They came back to us saying you have to approach seller. When we approached seller ( ***) they came back to us saying we cant do anything you will have to approach manufacturer, Symphony Service center. When i approached Symphony they sent one Jr. technician who said every thing is alright, this product will be like this. When i filed for refund at eBay, the eBay guys closed the refund case stating this product does not come under refund policy. I am very disappointed with their response.
Now i am going to consumer court to file the case on eBay.
