Bank has debited my amount but ebay says no payment made!

Dear Sir,I've ordered for the item http://www.ebay.in/itm/For-Apple-iPhone-6-Plus-Baseus-Smart-Touch-Terse-SView-Window-Leather-Flip-Ca...

When I paid through 'Bank of Maharashtra',my bank says "Your account has been  debited by Rs.1143" but eBay payment page says "Sorry your payment was not successful,please try again".

What to do now? My bank statement says Rs.1143 is already debited,Please check from your side and reply as soon as possible.You can either proceed to complete the transaction or you can refund the money paid.

Please ensure the payment and reply as soon as possible!

Same situation happened with me, customer care says it is  the case of missing transaction, it will take  48-72 hours for refund process.
