Bad shoping experience with eBay

I am very disappointed with eBay because I purchase a digital camera memory card which is not fit in my camera. When I talking about with eBay about this, they didn't provide any help and I'm totally disappoint to purchase this articles. I want to replace another card in spite of this or refund the money but they didn't provide any help and I have decided that I'll never deal with eBay or neither suggest anyone to purchase anything with eBay.

I am also very disappointed with eBay.they didnt cooperate at all. specially claim adjust team.it is very sad to say that ebay india is not trust worthy.here any one can sell fake or replica product.like flipkart for example they only sell verified product but ebay is worst.I'll never deal with eBay or neither suggest anyone to purchase anything with eBay.ebay wont providing right services that he proudly claims .like ebay guarantee program ,every time if any fault occurs the customer has to suffer in ebay.
