Bad Buying experience from rightshop_in1 seller

On 30/06/2010 I bought "Techcom Optical Mouse USB Retractable Cable for Laptop" item from "rightshop_in1" seller after winning the bid at Rs.76/- and made the payment through PaisaPay.

Since I won the item at a low bid price,the seller didnot bother to ship the item. So after 7 days, PaisaPay refunded back the money to my bank a/c. So advice to all, beware of this seller "rightshop_in1".
NOT TO BUY ANY STUFF FROM THIS SELLER.

I won a 64 GB pen drive(made in China) in the auction. The seller sent me a corrupt pen drive. When I complained he sent me another one which was also corrupt and then a third one which too was corrupt. The seller, The Software Depot in Bikaner - seems to have a collection of corrupt pen drives which he is palming off to customers.

Will eBay please investigate this seller.
