BREACH OF TRUST by EBay Paid EBay for the purchase of an iPhone-6 in GOLD COLOUR 15 July. A seller in broken English said that he would send a GRAY (sic) hone. I immediately wrote to EBay that I want only the GOLD phone. In spite of tis I was delivered a GREY phone. I did not open the sealed Iphone package and filed a complaint claim: 1107447. To this day 7 August, I only get statements from EBAY that they are ESCALATING the complaint. At EBAY’s request I sent the invoice by the seller, which again mentions GRAY and also a scan of the iPhone box, which says GREY.
