Purchased an item from ebay, which has some missing parts which makes that item unusable.
Seller says contact eBay its thier fault.
Ebay says contact seller, it's his fault.
After talking 5-6 rude customer representative, finally found a guy who does his work.
He informed me that other customer representative has cancelled my return pickup, he had no idea about it, so he suggested me to courier the parcel to seller and initiate the refund.
Did as he said and then recieved this message via mail
eBay Guarantee* claim - 2219899 has been resolvedA another guy called and said that reimbursement will be done via coupons which as usual never happened.
Now after 2 months, you people are bold enough to send ask me for feedback ?
Is this any kind of joke for you ?
You don't pay a person and ask him for feedback
So this is last time I humbly request you people to stop these mails / feedback for me or else I very well remember you rude represntative names, so will directly post thier names in my next post.
