An unhappy Customer (PaisaPay ID : 39797624763)

i called the call center to resolve my problems.
and Mr. Akash Agarwal who was handling my call kept me on hold for almost 3 minutes, which when i told him that he should come back and inform the client and then put him back on hold , he argued that i am not here to teach him how to work and i should just stick to solving my problems..
first of all its hard enough to stay online and wait for our turn and to top it up we have to deal with arrogant, know it all customer service executives.
Small things like these make a big difference.
and i didnt like his attitude.
my faith and trust in EBAY is diminishing by every order
