I listed two items(160067258799, 160067258869) for HOME PAGE FEATURED on 27th Dec., 06 at 12:56. After 9 hrs item not listed in Home Page Featured items.

eBay charging a handsome amount of Rs. 150/- for each item for this service. Will eBay refund us amount for lost hours?
