first of all the customer service people have an issue with understanding what they are being told, poorest customer service, its been 20 days , 3 claims and numerous calls to ebay to resolve an issue in which i prepaid for the item and didnt get it.
"be assured your issue will be resolved and I give you my word" seems to be the fav lines of these executives, I am going to drag them to consumer court now as that is the only solution left as ebay tried to act smart by removing the item from the purchase history as well.
