I found that after receiving an old mobile against payment for a new one I have written at least 20-30 mails both to Ebay and seller. I have talked to ebay and seller several times. I have lost my money as well as lots of valuable time. In each reply Ebay requests me to wait for 24-72 hrs for the last few days. 25 days past; Instead of resolving my claim they send me another mail to wait. I am still waiting. When will that waiting period be over and my issue will be resolved GOD knows. It is the worst customer care service I have ever experienced. They are never trust worthy. Wish them to have an end either to customer grievance or to their business. I think later will come up ultimately.
