My father purchased Combo of 2 Samsung 32 gb sd cards on 16.09.16 and paid Rs.499/- through debit card. He then tried to change the mail ID and address which was not accepted by you.
The PaisaPay ID was 43631724774. He mailed you on 18.09.16 and again on 20.09.16 regarding the problem.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the item as early as possible.

Be it be known to all that SAMSUNG is the company pushing poor quality TVs and exploding Mobiles in India pulled out from world over. They always blame customers for handling and walkout of warranty. Buy at your peril. Don't fall for flashy advt. They also have the worst behaved Customer services.
