One of my order is cancelled by seller recently. citing reason that blue dart refused to handle high value items to be delivered in east india.( West Bangal, jharkhand, orissa and North East)
What was the product? If it was surface shipment then it is true not because it is heavy value but because sales tax forms are required for bengal, jharkhand, orissa and north east states. If you would provide the form the seller would ship the product.
If it was an air shipment bluedart generally doesnt have issues with shipment upto Rs 10,000.
