i ordered lumia 533 on 3 rd dec 2014. product received on 10th dec 2014. both cameras are non working. then i contact ebay and ask for refund they said product is under manufacture warranty so visit nokia care. i visited nokia care and they said it is faulty piece so they forward it for repair ( don't know what they will do with it ) it will take nearly 20 days or 1 month and still no gaurantee.
in the mean time seller is irresponsible. he switched off his phone after i once contacted him. this is really a bad experiance with ebay as well as seller. Due to this now i won't purchase any thing from any e commerce site. this is my last online purchase. And i will suggest others for the same. Because in india customer service is like playing with the ball. Worst experiance ever since in my life. So good bye to online shopping and be happy in your life. Also don't come for discounts and deals. surely you will be panic
