Hi Team,
i ordered jumbo water softener but its not working i received borken part , then i contacted seller they replace that part, then i fixed that part with the water softener but its leaking at the bottom of the top closure( black top) and the connector which they provided is not in proper way ( valve 2 should be in up but its down for in , and down valve 3 is up for out direction it should be viceversa ) and i checked the ppm level, input water ppm is 712 but water softener output is 752 ppm is not softening the water its adding more particles i tried with 5 to 6 buckets of water still the ppm level is not reduced.
so i submitted for refund my claim id is 1294848 , but couldnt able to find the claim page in my login so im updating the details in this forum to solve my issue and refund my money.
