Dear ebay team.
I have purchase the watch from ebay.but watch is damage. Next day I was call to ebay customer care for raised the replacement or refund the my payment.but jub mujhe apke ebay claim executive ki call received huyi to usne mujhse kafi rudali baat ki..kehta apko same time open kerke ebay ko call kerani chahiye thi.but mein same time open nahi ker sakta tha.meine use apni cousin ko gift dena tha meine asetit apni cousin ko gift de diya usne mere samne jub box open kiya to watch damage thi ye meine apke claim executive ko btaya to vo bolta ki apne usi time kyu nahi open kiya packed hum nahi replace karenge na hi refund denge..plz help to resolved my problem..my claim id is 1286931 and paisa id is.40428484130
