It is really faking stategy of a website like Ebay. It is an USA website and does the same thing at USA, they will sue it. In India, they can do whateve.

I just ordered this item and paid using PAYBACK account.The balance is already deducted but after that an error message occured and no ollow up aterwards. Kindly resolve the issue promptly as payment is already deducted still no order confirmation.
