Dear Friends,
I am from Berhampur, a small town from Odisha and having all major couriers servicable here, my pin code 760005 which can be checked in most courier websites for delivery availablity.
The problem is this seller asking for a VAT Form 402, which requires a TIN number which I dont have as I am not a dealer or reseller as being asked by the Seller of the item as VAT Form no 402. The link for the form:

My question is why a consumer need to fill such a form which requires CST and TIN number to buy a simple camera lens? I am neither a reseller nor a dealer who requires that forms according to VAT rules.
So why it is being asked for a single piece purchase as a end user?
I hope friends will mind this issue seriously, as contacting the seller is worthless, he is not agree to re-list with ommiting those conditions.
