What is the protection available to a buyer if the seller accepts only by demand draft. Can a buyer still claim buyer protection.

YES U CAN,before sending the dd,keep a xerox of the dd,other proof will be the bank statement.that is enought to verify that you have paid the seller.

Items paid for with cash or instant money transfer services such as Western Union or any form of payment that cannot be documented are not covered under eBay Standard Purchase Protection Program.

Yes eBay covers its users transacting on eBay.in site using a Demand Draft.
