Seller of a product am willing to buy seems to be dormant.
And he has dropped a single product as two listings
one with Rs. 18,890.00 as cost under "Buy it Now"
and the other as Bid Rs. 13,617.00 with no "reserve" being set(or may be the reserve value is crossed
Incase i bid for the second item and i win the bid(say at 16,000 or so), is it "mandatory" for him to sell it to me at my bid rate or can he escape saying it doesnt meet his least selling cost requirements.
