I have received damaged iphone-6 from ebay & raised the claim on 24th August 2015(Claim ID:1196180), Till now no actionhas been taken.
Multiple time called to ebay customer care and they are telling back end team is not providing the information about my claim.
last 37 days, ebay never contacted me regarding my claim..... simply they are acting like we have already received the money so no need to respond.
i have paid 42,920/- rs for this mobile and they have delivered this device to someone else(my nearest house person)
clearly i can say ebay is not showing any kind of responsibility after taking money from customer.
