I have ordered for a samsung Galaxy Grand neo GT - 19060 White phone (item code *** ). Order ID *** on 16/01/2015. Paid the full amont through net banking, however, It was infrormed to me via email that seller did not shhipped the material, refund has automatically been initiated on 21/01/2015.
As on 27/01/2015, neither the material nor the the refund is received. What the hell is to be done to ger the money back ????
I request all the online shopper " BEWARE OF THIS SITE" atleast do not pay before you receive the materail.
