HAVENT RECEIVED THE COUPON SENT BY EBAY AND THEY NOT RESENDING IT. WHY????

There was a coupon that i have to receive from ebay. costomer support members are saying that they have already sent the coupon but i have not received any msg or coupon from them and they are ignoring to resend it.

Please advise.
