I'm being regular customer of eBay, I had buy three item from eBay around 20days back.
Two item received by me was damaged one, and one order yet to receive.My buyers Id is 'deskal-avukes'
Three claims have being closed by eBay even without addressing issue.
Regarding above three claims I have not received any call or any other info from eBay.
If eBay fails to do address this issue then I must say, we have raise this issue with 'consumer care' govt officials and other consumer care NGOs, as eBay customer care executive would repeat the same with other thousands of customers.
And also customer care help lines are 'always' unreachable even after call waiting for 20mins.
