EBAY GUARANTEE (FRAUD)...
I have purchased a iphone and now within two and a half months the main camera & the Power button is not working, when having approached the Apple authorized service centre, i am being told that the unit being imported cannot be serviced in India, and the product seems to be purchased 3 years back and is out of warranty.
The seller is not responsive and now has left ebay, i fail to understand what is this ebay guarantee, seems all fraud to me.
The customer service is as pathetic as ever, I am posting my live chat with a Ebay representative, Enjoy...
