BlueDart Pickup is not being done!

I am fedup with bluedart service in Pune. From last 10 days few parcels been assigned to bluedart but pickup is not made even for once. Neighter recieved call from the bluedart team to ask if parcel is ready or not. 

Opened request on "PowerShip - > Pickup Failure" issue on PowerShip Programe Page for 6 times but no response or action taken by the PowerShip Staff. I have called even to PowerShip but they are also not giving proper solution. Also, 2 times they updated request status as "PICKUP DONE" but not really done anything.  This was i am loosing buyer's trust and it increase the trouble for me too.
