Hi revently had an auction and the winner didn't pay for the item and i had to take it down, after some time i sold it in the open market, and out of the blue this person left me a negactivbe feedback after 15 days. i just paid 240/- as sellers fee for the item i didn't sell here. what are my options, cant i atleast get this feedback removed, i have to say when it comes to being user friendly, ebay sucks, i really hope someone comes with a better app or website for used item that is simple stright forward and easy to use.
