Hi,
I have ordered Moto G (1st Gen) back cover which I have received. However, I have raised a claim for refund as I was not satisfied with the product. But instead of refunding and closing claim with positive note its been cancelled by ebay customer care.
I dont know why its been closed by ebay. I am completely unsatisfied with this product and service provided by ebay. ebay customer care person asked me to contact to the seller for further process in which they won't play any role anymore which is completely unacceptable.
Other online shopping sites like flipkart, paytm, amazon have very simple return policy and process which I liked than ebay. I have had very BAD experience with ebay.
Please do the needful to return and refund my claim ASAP.
