Tracking shipment as seller and finding buyer non-responsive even after receiving? what to do ?

I recently sent four items to two different buyers shipping well within the period. As I tracked my shipment I found out that even after the items being delivered to them  the buyer were non-responsive regarding either confirmation of item receipt or feedback. This is now frequently happening at eBay. The seller waits for how long to get his payment ?Will the payment be released to the seller automatically after a certain period if there are no complains from the buyer side ?  I even called them on their moblle numbers, one buyer just would not pick up the phone the other had registered a number which does not belong to the buyer now !... What is the solution ?
