Hi Team, There are two items in my list which show sold but payments are nor received for the same. Looks like they used the ebay app to transact and the transaction failed. Now the FVF for those two items are showing in my summary but i am not sure if i can do anything from my side to cancel the transaction as i would be charged the FVF. Please advise on it.
