We have many orders lending for shipment from Chennai since 5 days due to floods here . We have informed buyers about the situation and they are alright to wait. When asked eBay for their support to extend shipping timelines since its a natural disaster here , we get blanket response saying its not possible . how do we handle this ? And any idea when shipments are likely to restart ?
